Decent Shape Small Group Personal Training is a membership-based program. Memberships can be paused, cancelled, or modified at any time - no contract required.

One-on-One Training.
We believe we have the best team of personal trainers in the area. Our trainers are educated, personable, and passionate about helping you reach your goals - and also genuinely fun to train with!
Out of respect to our amazing team, we allow them to set their own rates. This means you're working with coaches who are fairly compensated and genuinely want to be here - which makes all the difference in your training.

Strength Foundations.
Strength Foundations is a drop-in friendly class designed for beginners, trainees new to Decent Shape, and/or those with unpredictable schedules. Every session delivers a full-body blend of strength, hypertrophy, and mobility training using our most accessible and effective exercises.
Whether you've never touched a weight before or just feel ready to try something new, our Strength Foundations class will give you a killer, ability-appropriate, strength-focused workout.
